YOU BELONG.

Your Midtown home for movement, strength, fitness, and community.

A LEGACY OF MOVEMENT

Inside Out has been part of Midtown Memphis since 1996, built around the belief that fitness should support the whole person - and that everyone deserves a place where they feel comfortable showing up.

Now, as Inside Out by Envision, two longtime local fitness communities have come together with a shared commitment to movement, personal connection, and helping people build strength for life.

YOUR GYM. YOUR WAY.

Come in for your own workout. Take a class. Work with a trainer. Mix it up throughout the week.

Inside Out combines a full-service gym floor with dedicated class and training spaces, so there's room for different kinds of movement under one roof.

  • OPEN GYM

Strength equipment, cardio, free weights, functional training space, and room to train on your own.

  • CLASSES

A rotating schedule of strength, cycling, boxing, yoga, mobility, rowing, TRX, virtual classes, and more.

  • TRAINING

Personal and group training built around your goals, experience, and the way you want to move.

  • MORE THAN A GYM

Specialty programs, workshops, an infrared sauna, and an evolving mix of ways to move, learn, and connect.

A PLACE TO TRAIN. A PLACE TO TEACH.

Inside Out is home to more than our members. We’re also open to working with trainers, instructors, wellness professionals, and workshop leaders looking for a professional space to share what they do.

From working with your own clients to bringing a unique class, service, or workshop to the community, we’re always interested in exploring a good fit.

BUILT AROUND PEOPLE

Big gyms have their place. We believe there’s also something special about a place where people know your name. For 30 years, Inside Out has brought together members, trainers, and instructors - and built a community that extends well beyond a workout.

YOU BELONG HERE.

Whether you're looking for a place to work out, take a class, work with a trainer, or find a home for what you teach, we'd love to hear from you.
